PHHHLBT, HI INTERNET.

I haven't updated this in 10 months...time to type some shit.

My current goal is to improve my portrait-drawing skills, but I'm having trouble thinking of a subject that isn't one of my own characters; and drawing from magazines/references seems pretty unoriginal. So...ideas there would be good. Some other general things I suck at that need to improve: inanimate objects (read: furniture), clothing/fashion that doesn't suck, and perspective.

It's a lot to work on, but now that I've officially been kicked out of my academic program I suspect I'll have more time for art.

My mom found holes in our backyard, and one of her friends confirmed her worst fear that they were snake holes. When they left, I stayed outside, put my head to the ground, and tried to speak Parseltongue, you knoe, get a conversation started. I would love to say I did this when I was little, but I was like, 15.
And I also saw two snakes doin' it. It was a harrowing experience.

I think someone needs to make a spoof movie poster with Voldemort on it, except instead of "The Horse Whisperer," he can be "The Snake Whisperer". I love Sam Neill, but Ralph Fiennes made a superior baldy.
